Two Questions…
1) What in the world am I supposed to do with all these cucumbers? Mike likes the vinegar-sugar approach. Me, not so much. Does anyone have any good recipes that involve cucumbers and don’t taste bad?
I get this every day out of the garden. At least.
2) What is it about the Bee Gees that I love so much?

Well I’m making this for Friday lunch, but that only gets rid of probably one cucumber.

I have a recipe that will take care of cucumbers AND tomatoes!!
we love it, a great summer salad:
cooked penne
chopped/quartered tomatoes
pealed/chopped cucumbers
mayo
salt and pepper
mix to your liking — a great complement to burgers or kabobs.

I mix miricle whip , cap full of vinager, little milk and suger , slice them and put them in, my kids love them, I sometimes add onion to this , just slice them and put the rings in , yummy!

I was flipping through some sort of family magazine when I went in to the doctor’s to get my meningitis shot, and came across an article about cucumbers. Supposedly you can gouge out the middles to make them into little floating canoes. It reminded me of this post, so I though I’d let you know.
