We went to Indigo Bridge today for their new series called “IndiZOO” where a zookeeper from the Lincoln Children’s Zoo brings an animal for the children to touch and learn about; then the children listen to a story starring that animal. Delightful.

Today Huggie Bear the Hedgehog was featured. Tess said, “That little bear sticked out his no(se) at me.”

Also, I’m trying to use my camera as more than a point and shoot type of camera. We have a fairly decent camera, so I figure that I should use it more often. All of today’s pictures were taken without a flash. It’s a big step for me!

“Don’t I look like Bo Pelini in this grey hoodie? I’m like girl Bo Pelini.”

My son, Peter Michael, is 7 today. It’s been a good run so far. He’s a blast.

Today my teensy, weensy, smoopsie poo baby is 8 months old. While I didn’t take any of these pictures today, all are “unblogged”.

This is my first low-light photo that has ever turned out right. Thanks, December Photo Project, for inspiration.

I love that this is my fourth baby’s first Christmas. Welcome, Clara.

Today was Pete’s 7th birthday party. We had his buddies over from noon ’til three and then family and mom and dad’s buddies over from 4:30 until after the Big XII Championship Game.
